Brought in on a biweekly Webflow retainer for incremental site updates. Mid-cycle I converted the engagement into a structured revamp workstream — without ever taking the live site off its update cadence.
What I ran
- Split the retainer into a maintenance lane and a revamp lane so neither blocked the other.
